HOLY MOLY! I have never seen anything like this. You could get lost in that pool. I wonder how many life guards it takes to field a 19 acre pool?

Whoa! I wanna go. It reminds me of my honeymoon in South Beach Miami when the hotel clerk said "Who needs a pool when you have THIS???" (indicating the ocean)

I have seen this before, and am still amazed by it. I wondered if people sometimes forget they are even in a pool. Very cool.

That's simply amazing.

That's just craziness. How do they keep it clean? It's fully chlorinated? That's a lot of chemical. That's just crazy. It's CRAZY I say, crazy.

It's crazy.

Craziness.

Why do they need a pool just steps from the ocean!?

Debo Hobo: Yes, I would have thought Dubai, known for excess, would have the world's largest pool too! What slackers.

Tuttut: I think the pool is warmer than the ocean. Maybe you can't swim in the ocean there.

Please tell me you where there and swam in that pool and in the ocean. If not then you have to tell me you're going there soon. It looks amazing.

That's really something. It would be interesting to travel there just to see that pool.

Re: "My May Day Family Tradition." I am still laughing at your comment. Carpe May! Carpe 'Going-a-Maying.'

Is it real? I've had this sent to me by email a few times and thought it was photoshopped. Why would anyone want such an enormous pool, directly adjacent to a beautiful beach? (Actually all I can think about is how much chlorine they'll need to keep it so clear - my pool resembles a duck pond at the moment!)

un-fucking-believable. not sure whether to marvel at this or think what a waste of water with the ocean right there.
