Jolene Makes Baby Food Pate

Two things are clear from watching this video. First, Jolene should fire her agent because she should have had a book deal by now. Or at least a guest appearance on the Paula Dean Show. Jolene oozes star potential! And second, there is a suspicious looking shadow on the right side of her face that makes me wonder if there is something besides cookin' going on in that trailer. Jolene, I hope you are not becoming the Rihanna of the trainer park honey.

Slumdog Music

A post inspired by Music Monday at Inside the Shell and M.I.A.'s pregnancy due date appearance on the Grammy's. This weekend, a friend and I went to see Slumdog Millionaire. Excellent movie and even the ending credits with the Bollywood style dance number kept us glued to our seats. I hope it wins best picture at the Oscars.

Blatant Nepotism and Blogaversary

I seem to have slept through my own blog anniversary which I think was sometime in November. I don't know how I could have missed it. Thinking back over this past year I remember such milestones as my first spam comment, and my first nasty response. Oh the memories. Sigh.
